Company Policy

Ordering

Please order in case counts where applicable. All product returns require authorization by Serious MoJo. All authorized returns must be in original packaging as shipped. (No credit will be allowed for returns after 3 months, or for product that has been tampered with.) Because Serious MoJo uses Class 1 Specialty Grade Arabica Beans, we suggest that you only purchase what you will use in a 3 month time frame and place smaller orders more often.

Shipping

Formal method of shipping is through UPS ground service unless specified otherwise. Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and 3rd Day is offered but freight cost is at customers' expense. UPS Service takes 1 to 4 business days depending on location. The holiday seasons are subject to longer shipping times. Please check with us for further information. Shipping costs are 15% of total order price.

Delivery

Deliveries are scheduled Monday- Friday. There are exceptions to Saturdays.

Lead Time

Please call, fax, or email your orders to us. Processing begins the day the order has been received. Orders may take two business days to process before shipping. Portion pack orders require an additional day. If orders are placed after 12:00 p.m., the two day period begins on the morning of the next business day. Orders in excess of 1000 lbs. may require 10 working days for scheduling, no exceptions!! The holiday seasons are subject to longer lead times.

Terms

Net 30 days from invoice date on credit approval. Finance charges, once charged, are subject to payment. Accounts not paid within 31 days will automatically be put on COD terms and interest on outstanding balances is 18% APR, or the maximum allowable rate under state statues, computed on the unpaid delinquent balance until the account is paid in full. In the event the account is referred to collections, all fees become customer's responsibility. New orders will not be shipped if customers have overdue invoices. American Express, MasterCard, and Visa accepted.

Portion Pack Pricing

Due to varying portion pack sizes and quantities, please consult with your sales representative for pricing.

Prices

Because the coffee industry is so volatile, strong price fluctuations may necessitate a price change. However, as is our policy, we will continue to make attempt to honor our prices as published. All coffees roasted to a Vienna Roast, Italian Roast, and French Roast will be charged the higher of the classified roast charge or coffee price.
